At Sourcr, we recognise the value of a review – the grit, heart, and commitment it takes to support our clients and candidates alike. There is finally a way to raise the bar for the recruitment industry and celebrate the best talent who really make our industry better.
The process is simple. Recruiters and agencies that strive to deliver exceptional service and collect reviews may be eligible for the Sourcr Recruiter of the Year Awards. These awards are based on meritocracy and are free to enter.
Every review you collect NOW for placements made in FY21 puts you in the running.
ONLY verified client and candidate feedback, along with quality review data are the considerations when selecting winners.
In our first year of hosting the awards in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), we are excited to announce the categories for 2022!
National Awards: Recognising the nation’s best recruiter and recruitment agency
Regional Awards: Recognising the top agents in each state and industry. For example, Technology Recruiter of the Year, NSW or Digital Agency of the Year, QLD
These awards aim to shine a light directly on those who are delivering exceptional services in their fields of expertise.
How to Win?
To be eligible to win an award, recruiters or agencies must have activated their profiles and started collecting verified reviews on their Sourcr platform. For each award category, the proprietary algorithm will consider recruiters or agencies with at least 3 placements and 3 unique client or candidate reviews in the financial year 2022.
The metrics we use to calculate the awards winners are:
- Overall review score
- Total number of reviews in the category in the time period
- Your review conversion score – the number of reviews received/the number of reviews requested
Please note: During the review conversion process, we will also take into account the number of reviews and the number of consultants within the agency to ensure that all agencies receive equal opportunities regardless of their size.
What are the benefits of receiving an award?
An award can be your most powerful marketing asset (and have some pretty good bragging rights).
With our digital assets and badges, you can stand out and promote your status as a leader within your field. These assets can also be used in your profile, social media posts, email signatures, and media releases, among other things, to win more business and attract more candidates.

All reviews for consideration need to be received by Midnight Thursday, 30 June 2022 (AEDT).
Awards are calculated based on reviews received between 1 July 2021- 30 June 2022.
