Job Overview

We are seeking an analytical and business savvy Digital Marketing Manager to get the word out in the digital space about our brands and products. The digital marketing manager will be responsible for leading the development of the company website, devising strategies to drive online traffic and identifying ways to improve usability, design, content and conversion.

As the digital marketing manager, you will play a major role in creating strategies to increase online traffic to the organisation’s website and acquire leads/customers. The ideal candidate will be an expert in SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives targeting B2B and B2C markets.
  • Create strategies to increase online traffic to the organisation’s website.
  • Handle SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing.
  • Use Google analytics to capture key site performance matrices to measure, test and improve our website conversation rate & enhance user experience.
  • Support corporate brand through digital marketing and social media activities.
  • Optimise the website experience to improve conversation rates.
  • Use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimise marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels utilising tools and techniques as appropriate including e-mail marketing, paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Work with the Marketing & Communications team to create high quality content for a range of online platforms which is optimised and consistent with the brand and tone of voice.
  • Work with external agencies and experts when required to develop the online presence.
  • Evaluate competitor’s digital marketing strategies and create plans to overtake them.
  • Work closely with designers & back end web developers to execute website optimisation project.
  • Collect and evaluate customer feedback data.
  • Manage team of digital marketing executives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing PPC, Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems.
  • Experience with website analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Knowledge of current online marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent time management and project co-ordination skills.
  • Attention to detail coupled with excellent communication ability.
