Choose who you work with

On Sourcr, once you post your free job, only vetted, qualified recruiters will bid on it. Once you receive bids, review recruiter profiles and choose one to work with. Then manage everything through Sourcr.
How is it different to jobs boards like SEEK?
Sourcr connects you with specialist pre-vetted recruiters to help you find the best possible candidate. Jobs boards place your advert in front of active job seekers, those actively looking for a job (estimated to be 25%). Recruiters can use their networks and industry expertise to tap in to the other 75% for you.

Exactly for that reason. You can let recruitment agencies know that any roles you would like support with will be on Sourcr. We also provide you with a shortlist of recruiter profiles and reviews to choose from, so you can decide who to engage based on information and not a pushy sales pitch! We already have a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA), so why do we need Sourcr?
Many large organisations have PSA’s in place, but unfortunately they don’t always deliver. With Sourcr, we have free tools to help you manage your current PSA panel and an option to post roles out to our marketplace if they don’t deliver. Sourcr has become the second tier for many current PSA’s – think of us as the PSA 2.0, more flexible with better results!
How can Sourcr be free to use?
We generate revenue by taking a percentage of the recruitment fee that you’ve agreed with the recruiter, so there’s no additional cost for employers. For recruiters, they’re happy to sacrifice a small part of their fee as they did not need to spend countless hours cold calling to find the role.
