I have experienced first-hand living as a support with people in need of high-intensity care, it has given me the skills to support, listen, and communicate compassionately with individuals in need of disability support. As an Advocate of community health, I have strategically honed my skills for the betterment of disability and aged care support services. By working closely with other healthcare professionals, I am proficient in understanding the intricacies and importance of personalised disability support services. I have made it my duty to ensure support services are prepared with care, executed with caution, and open to feedback. My aim is to assist my clients in navigating the complex regulatory and funding requirements associated with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) including eligibility criteria, funding caps, and reporting requirements. I have a master’s degree in public management majoring in public policy and programs allowing me to effectively interpret and implement legislation, risk management, and Quality control process effectively and in line with NDIS Protocols.
