If I had to describe what I do in a couple of words, I would say I am a modern-day matchmaker. Think of me more as e-Harmony and less Tinder. I create business relationships by introducing suitable businesses and talent to each other. Sales, Support, and Service are the three verticals I have been recruiting in for 11+ years and what I have learned during that time is that it’s not what’s on a piece of paper to be successful in these roles, but more about character and the things you can’t show on a piece of paper.
