After graduating in Economics and Politics, I started my journey in recruitment with HAYS in 2003 as a Trainee Consultant in Cambridge, England. Within a relatively short period of time I was sent to beautiful Sydney, Australia - first to Chatswood and then North Sydney. I have since been fortunate enough to progress my career and have had the opportunity to work in senior recruitment roles in Singapore, Beijing and Hong Kong. After over 13 years of working for global recruitment agencies I decided in 2015 that I wanted to go out on my own and setup a Rec2Rec. I wanted to focus on supporting the vast network of recruiters I know across the world and help them find their dream roles. Your Career was born.
