I joined SMAART Recruitment in 2017. SMAART specialise in recruitment across sales and marketing, but also cover business support, finance and some tech. My desk in particular is a mixture of Senior Sales and Marketing positions. The positions I recruit are generally quite technical or niche. I love a hard to fill role! Prior to working with SMAART, I worked with Randstad for a year within Accounting & Finance, as well as having had experience in sales and employment services.
