My extensive experience working at all levels in Business Process Outsourcing and Sales Management has given me great insight into what it takes to lead a high performing team in a high pressure environment. The transition to recruitment came about in a pretty typical fashion, having applied for a role through an agency, the Consultant identified that my skills and experience would make me a great recruiter. Since starting my recruitment career I’ve specialised in volume contact centre, large format and trade retail and I believe my high energy, value-centric approach has been the key to my success.
