I have long considered it to be a privilege to be a Recruiter. For a candidate to entrust me to help with their work and career goals and for a client to give me the opportunity to work with them, it's a responsibility I am immensely passionate about.
At the heart of what I do is the people I meet and the connections I make. Brene Brown states it perfectly "Connection is why we're here. It's what gives purpose and meaning to our lives. It's neurobiologically how we're wired. It's why we're here.
I work across multiple sectors, some of which include Education, Not-for-Profit, Construction and Financial Services. I've recruited from entry level to c suite.
I write for two blogs (my personal blog) and for the Pure Source Recruitment blog. Mostly a compilation of my 'inside thoughts' on paper.
I have a son in primary school so I am also acutely aware of the challenges working parents face.
I drink a lot of coffee.
