She currently provides support on best practice recruitment and selection processes to ensure the delivery of professional, efficient and effective recruitment services. Prior to this she had 5 years experience in recruitment for white collar production mining recruitment Stacey works as a Recruitment Consultant for the WA Mining & Maintenance division of Protech and provides ongoing development, enhancement and implementation of branch recruitment policies and systems. She is actively involved in candidate sourcing, database management, the screening and attraction of suitable candidates, and face-to-face interviews.
