Sophie's upbringing in a rugby-loving family has really shaped her view on teamwork and good old fashioned sportsmanship. With her father, a successful professional rugby union coach, and her stepfather, a highly respected coach in club and schoolboys’ rugby, Sophie's been living and breathing sports since she was a kid. Frequently running the tee and ball for the Red Heavies over at the University of Queensland, she gained firsthand experience in blending passion with opportunity from a young age. With ten years under her belt in the recruitment game, Sophie's passion for what she does is contagious. Having led and mentored recruitment teams, she possesses an acute understanding of what great recruitment looks like. Armed with a no-nonsense approach Sophie's all about delivering top-notch service and scoring those big wins for her Candidates and Clients. Her game plan? To be the ultimate matchmaker for the sporting sidelines! Focusing on Allied Health and White-Collar roles, armed with personalised guidance and cutting-edge tech, she's on a mission to bring Candidates and Clients together. Scoring victories on and off the field, court, track, green, pitch and so on! Sophie has played competitive Softball across QLD and VIC since she was 9! Other sports she's participated in over the years are Swimming, Netball, Tennis, Touch, Rowing, Soccer and Athletics. These days she loves a round of Golf, volunteers her time as a Committee Member at Sunnybank Junior Rugby and still plays Softball at Redland Softball Association.
