I started out in recruitment in April 2006 and have been totally immersed in the Animal Health Industry ever since. It’s through this specialisation that I’ve built a lifetime of knowledge, experience and some damn good friendships! I’m also a husband, a father of three – 2 boys plus our beloved – but somewhat challenging – family dog Jasper. I love rugby (all right then, most sports), cooking, wine and chocolate…but not necessarily in that order. I believe recruitment is much more than just putting bums in seats. To me, it’s about: Working with someone you can trust and finding the person that completes your team. Receiving consistent, honest feedback through the process of acquiring your talent.
