They say recruiter years are a bit like dog years, so after joining the people2people group back in 2007, approaching 20 years feels like a lifetime – but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I’ve worn a lot of different hats during my time - covering temp and perm desks as well as RPO services - but my focus has always been on nurturing relationships and delivering quality service to clients and candidates alike. The establishment of people2people’s New Zealand branch in 2017 was a significant step in my career, allowing me to return home to Aotearoa and enjoy the best of both worlds, adopting a ‘think globally, act locally’ mentality. I’m proud of growing the NZ business - partnering with Frog Recruitment and Capital Recruitment and developing our ‘orange Froggies’ with offices in Auckland and Wellington.
