With a recruitment career spanning 20 years, Sally has worked across different industries, and in NZ, UK and Canada. Starting out as a Recruitment Administrator and Associate Consultant, Sally understands what it takes to achieve success as a recruiter servicing a range of industries and levels of seniority. Her continued success can be attributed to Sally’s ability to build authentic connections with clients and candidates, so they keep on coming back when they need her. Sally is one of Alexander James’ longest-serving team members and in her role as Senior Consultant with the Accounting & Finance team, she can mentor and provide support to our less experienced consultants which ensures the AJ way remains steadfast and true throughout. After being a part of the recruitment landscape for so long, Sally is enjoying the fast-paced and dynamic environment that the contracting space can provide. Outside of work, Sally is kept busy with her young family and appreciates the flexible approach to work that Alexander James endorses.
