Originally from the UK, Russell has over 20 years recruiting experience and has worked for a large multi-national consultancy, and a boutique consultancy before establishing Planned Resources close to 15 years ago. He has mainly recruited within the Town Planning, Design and Government sectors. Responsible for running the team, he remains active in day-day recruitment especially within campaigned and executive roles.
