Ross is a qualified lawyer with 20 years’ experience as a lawyer and legal recruiter in Brisbane and overseas. Ross holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (History & Economics) from the University of Queensland, as well as a Graduate Certificate (Carbon Management) from Bond University. He began his career in recruitment in 2004 in the London head office of a global agency, working in their financial services regulatory and compliance team covering the UK and Europe market before moving into the legal recruitment team. During this time, he placed lawyers in private practice in Magic Circle, UK and US firms. Returning to Australia, Ross practised as a solicitor with a respected Queensland law firm before establishing the legal recruitment function for a national search and selection company in Brisbane. He then reconnected with Peter while working at a Brisbane boutique agency before establishing Peppercorn Recruitment.
