Ross started his recruitment career in 2011 working within the IT sector in London before moving to Australia in 2015. After a couple more successful years within the IT industry Ross took a move into Construction and hasn't looked back. Specialising in the high-end residential sector Ross has placed Carpenters, Leading Hands, Foreman, Site Managers, Contract Administrators, Estimators, Project Managers, Construction Managers and Operation Directors within some of Sydney's best know and highly respected building companies. After spending five years with a market leading agency Ross decided to set up Build up Recruitment to focus on providing the best service possible for clients and candidates within the high-end residential space.
