I joined Morgan McKinley in 2017; with over ten years’ experience recruiting executive professionals up to Executive and VP level in the UK, Europe and Australia. I am recognised in the market for my diligence and integrity and take a consultative approach with clients to ensure they receive the very best service. I began my recruitment career in 2005 working for a boutique executive recruitment firm back in the UK where I successfully recruited candidates for leading firms across the UK and Europe. I spent the following seven years focusing on roles across Finance, Technology and Project management, and was instrumental in the success of critical client recruitment drives. As a director, I have continued to establish and maintain key client relationships whilst managing a team of consultants in a Sydney-based international recruitment firm.
