I started my career as an Analyst Programmer before eventually progressing into Business Analysis and eventually becoming the Team Lead for the Qantas-BA team. I have now made the move into recruitment with White Bay Search. I cover all Project Services roles and coming from a BA background myself gives me a unique perspective on understanding and delivering to my client's needs. I am very active in the Agile and PMI meetup scene and source the majority of talent via headhunting from passive candidate pools.
