Peter has over a decade of experience as a lawyer and legal recruiter in the Brisbane market. He takes a consultative approach to recruitment that utilises his industry knowledge and wide network of clients and candidates. Peter holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Business (Management) from the University of Queensland. He started his career as a lawyer with international, top tier law firm Allens Arthur Robinson (now Allens Linklaters) as a projects lawyer. During this time he also worked in-house on a number of secondments. Peter’s career in recruitment began in 2006 with one of the largest recruitment agencies in the world. During this time he sourced lawyers domestically and managed international recruitment campaigns for UK firms. Peter then joined a Brisbane boutique agency in 2011 where he placed lawyers across most of Brisbane’s law firms, in-house and government teams before establishing Peppercorn Recruitment in 2015.
