With over 10 years of experience in recruitment, I’m a Principal Consultant and “Culture Champion” at McLaren, where I recruit across a wide range of industries and role types — from corporate services and business administration through to middle and executive management. I’ve worked across the not-for-profit, private, and public sectors, and bring a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape in Aotearoa. Backed by a qualification in HR and a professional background in human resources, recruitment consulting, and relationship management, I ensure each recruitment or HR initiative I lead aligns with best practice and meets all relevant legal requirements. Born and raised in Wellington, I have a deep understanding of the local market and have developed strong networks across the region. I’m passionate about helping people achieve their career goals and aspirations, and am known for my transparent, genuine, and consultative approach. Outside of my core role, I bring energy and fun to the McLaren team culture — always backed by solid recruitment knowledge and a passion for people. In my downtime, I enjoy travelling, renovating properties, playing golf, and spending quality time with family and friends.
