I am an IT Sales recruiter. It is that simple. It is my specialism, my passion and I love it. My background is not traditional and I didn’t fall into recruitment like most people. I consciously made a decision to change careers at the midst of my MBA studies in 2011 from being in hotels to pursuing a career in agency recruitment. I started this in 2012 at Davidson Recruitment. I developed the company’s first IT sales recruitment portfolio from zero to one of the company’s highest grossing portfolio. Recently, I joined Humanised Group (formally known as Just People) and I am going to do the same but this time bigger and better and I'm including tech marketing ????. Yes we are small in size, there’s only a few of us but we work with some big named clients and some growing & emerging just like us. Yes I am a recruiter but I am ultimately the connector. I connect great people with great employers to ensure both parties find the right alignment. For a candidate it is satisfying their personal development, career development and job engagement. For an employer it is finding the right talent to deliver on company objectives – in sales it is mostly revenue and market share!
