I am responsible for the growth and management of the Victorian Sirius Technology business. My focus is to provide an environment and culture that supports excellence in delivering solutions to our clients, and drives a high-performance, collaborative and close-knit team. Over the last 25 years, I have gained an in-depth understanding in businesses management, management consulting, business coaching, facilitation and sales management, both in and outside the recruitment industry. This gives me a unique insight into the challenges our clients face on a daily basis and what is required to develop a team that can deliver to our objectives. A key aspect to our success is the on-going development, coaching and mentoring that I provide to all the team in the Melbourne Office. This covers not just specific recruitment and sales skills, but also personal development and life skills.
