Since 2002, I have been successfully recruiting HR positions across all sectors, with clients that range from local SME's to large top-tier globals. I have worked in the larger generalists agencies at the start of my career, which offered great training, professional development, and industry exposure. For most of my career, I've worked in Australia's leading boutique HR Specialist recruitment agencies, founded and led by the industry's, most experienced, leading experts, that pride themselves on being mostly relationship-based, offering trusted partnerships within the HR community. I have specialised in the recruitment of both HR generalist and specialist positions, and have been successful in both the contract and permanent HR employment markets. For the most part, I have focused on the mid-to-executive level HR contracting positions. I also have extensive experience also running retained searches for all level permanent positions, including HR executive level. I enjoy assisting HR teams to find the most aligned talent and adding value to people's careers. I enjoy networking, meeting and working with new people, and where possible, keeping long-term professional relationships with those in the HR industry. I find the HR industry offers so much variety in each role that I recruit, and the chance for me to work on HR roles across all industries I also find fascinating.
