I have spent the last 20 years working in the IT industry advising companies across business transformation, talent mapping and acquisition, and company strategy. For the last 10 years I have run my own business working with multiple clients in the government and commercial sectors. Through my work I have developed a thorough understanding of these sectors and specialise in senior technology and leadership positions. I have extensive experience recruiting across Analytics, Data, Digital, BI, Cloud, ERP, CRM and Engineering positions. My fascination with people and their relationship dynamics have led to me currently pursuing a psychology degree at Charles Sturt University. I truly enjoy understanding people and their life journey and appreciate that everyone is different. I am passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and can often be found advising clients on best practice. I am well positioned to provide holistic advice across the employee and talent acquisition eco-system. I pride myself on building long term relationships which are a win/win for both parties.
