Martyn manages the WA Mining & Maintenance division of Protech and provides ongoing development, enhancement and implementation of branch recruitment policies and systems. He is actively involved in the development of targeted sourcing strategies, database management, the screening and attraction of suitable candidates, face-to-face interviews and internal/external performance management.
