I started my career in legal working in a boutique law firm and gained a bucket load of experience before joining an international top tier law firm. I thought I had “arrived”. I quickly realised how differently the two environments were and how much more there was to learn. I loved it. I thrived. I grew. I learnt and learnt some more! After almost 15 years in legal, I “accidently” fell into recruitment. I was surprised at first. I had no expectations. I had no prior knowledge of the ups and downs. I didn’t even know I had it in me to care about people and their careers so much. I finally had the courage to establish Boutique Legal Recruitment and take a chance on myself. I want to provide high quality, professional and personal end to end recruitment. I want candidates and clients to have a different experience, like no other. I want candidates to know that their career and life is important to me. I want them to trust me. I am known for being able to build lasting and strong client and candidate relationships. My core values of strong ethics and integrity are demonstrated in all that I do. I am absolutely passionate about helping people. I am a strong encourager and motivator and believe that everyone can achieve whatever they set their minds to, with hard work and dedication.
