After obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in HR, I found myself drawn to Recruitment and Selection. Nothing fills my cup more than finding the right person the perfect role and knowing that I have made a positive difference in someone's life. While I am certainly an advocate for the candidate, I take the trust that a client gives us very seriously and always strive to provide an incredible, professional service to them. To me recruitment isn't sales, it is about consulting and providing HR support to a business when it comes to finding their people. I consider myself a natural in recruitment. A self-confessed chatterbox, I have the ability to put people at ease quickly and I'm not afraid to ask the tricky questions! I work best when I am busy and love the thrill of calling a candidate to tell them they have been offered a job that they have worked so hard for.
