Katie started with Six Degrees in 2019 and has a specialist focus on accounting and finance recruiting contract and temp roles. Prior to joining Six Degrees as a Recruitment Consultant, life and work have been an exciting adventure. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Public Relations in 2008, Katie travelled the world for four years working and travelling across Europe, Africa, Asia and South and North America. After arriving in Melbourne, Katie held roles across events, marketing and communications, account management and business development in sports, energy, workforce & training, and travel.​ With a diverse career background across different industries and roles, Katie is no stranger to career challenges. Given her deep understanding and personal experience in finding a role that fulfils you and a career where you can make a difference, Katie loves to inspire people to reach their potential in their careers, which led her to the recruitment industry.
