I have personally conducted hundreds of successful retained, executive and contingent search assignments and built/managed teams of recruitment consultants. As a Partner at ALRA I head up our Melbourne office as well as being responsible for developing our Legal Recruitment practice nationally. Our client base spans the Top-tiers and Internationals through to mid-level and boutique firms, as well as in-house roles with various corporates.
