She has operated within local, national and overseas markets for various organisations including government, multi-nationals, niche providers, SME’s and start-ups. Jodi has experience within both internal and external recruitment functions and has also gained significant experience in account management, project management, sales management, operational management and team management. Jodi’s understanding of what drives people, her patient attitude and her belief in team collaboration has led Jodi to manage highly successful teams of specialist recruitment professionals.
