I've been working in recruitment since 2004 and still love it. I started off in Accountancy and Banking recruitment but am delighted that I have discovered the world of finding tech talent. People in IT are all so different, from the extrovert to the introvert with their headphones on and everything in between. I definitely feel like I learn something new every day and enjoy finding the right roles to match each quirk!
