With a career spanning over 15 plus years in recruitment and property, I am excited to join Cast Recruitment, alongside my two business partners Ryan and Mallory. Originally from the East Coast, my husband and I decided to call Perth home back in 2011. With a background in residential, commercial, and retail property management, I fell into recruitment over 10 years ago when I decided to try my hand at something new. What started as an interest quickly became a passion, and I have since placed hundreds of candidates over the years across multiple property roles from junior through to c suite level. I believe recruitment goes far beyond just finding someone a role, hitting sales targets, or helping a client fill a gap, I believe that it is the art of listening. I genuinely believe that mapping out a candidate’s career is one of the most fulfilling conversations that you can have, and I get immense satisfaction from finding a prospective candidate their forever home, or our client their next long-term employee. After meeting Ryan in 2017, and working closely alongside him as a Talent Resourcer, I realised there was a strong synergy and connection in how we both recruited. It was evident from the get-go that working with Ryan and Mallory, we all shared the same value - that being the emphasis of long term relationships. The formation of Cast Recruitment is something that I hold close to my heart. I look forward to changing things up in the recruitment world, in a way that sees our industry become more consultative vs transactional.
