I have over thirteen years experience recruiting in both Australia and the UK. For the last 7 years this has involved consulting to businesses who have been looking to build teams around digital, media, technology and communications. My experience includes 360 recruitment (Mid-Snr Management), as well as Research & Delivery on international search projects. I currently run Pony Express with my husband Matt, along with our dear friend and ex colleague Denis. My role is now focused "on the business", ensuring our systems/processes/tools are optimised, as well as looking after our website/brand.
