Over the last 15 years, James spent his time travelling the world playing competitive baseball. Throughout his baseball career, James has faced his fair share of adversity and due to his family values and self-motivations, he has built up his character which enables him to perform at his best. After graduating from college in America, James started his recruitment journey at a boutique firm in Sydney’s CBD where he was a generalist recruiter over all different fields. The skillset James has learnt from sport has enabled him to perform at his best across a range of industries. James brings a level of enthusiasm, structure and dedication to the u&u team and his approach on building trust and long-term partnerships with the candidates and clients he meets. He prides himself on understanding the needs of others to help them with a life changing decision.
