James has over 25 years experience working in the retail, wholesale and recruitment sectors. James started his retail career with Harrods in London where the values of exemplary customer service were engrained into him at a very young age. These are values that have stood James is good stead throughout his career and today underpin everything the Lowrey recruitment brand stands for. During his career James has turned around poor performing large businesses as well as driving start-ups from a zero base, he has had the pleasure of working with and managing large diverse teams. All of these experiences have led to the founding of Lowrey recruitment and growth of Lowrey recruitment. James understands the pressures Human Resources Managers and hiring managers are constantly under having spent much of his career outside recruitment as a hiring manager. As passionate today about people and service and as he was as a 17 year old retail cadet, James understands the vital importance of talent attraction to any business as well as ensuring candidates are treated with respect during recruitment processes whatever the outcomes.
