I have been working within the IT & Digital market for 10 years. My passion lies within QA & Testing and Frontend Development. Over the years I have been a guest speaker, sponsor and member of a number of meet-up groups with in Testing which has given me the chance to form strong relationships with outstanding talent in this space. In the last 10 years, I have help build large automation/development in test teams for ASX listed clients across Sydney. Technical skills are important but I have found my success lies in being able to source technical ability alongside personality and team fit.   Over the last two years, alongside recruitment, I have started to learn to code. Mainly for my own enjoyment but it has also allowed me to engage more technically with candidates and managers alike. In my spare time, I build responsive websites using Bootstrap, alongside PHP and Symfony3 for larger projects.
