This began my career in consulting. Taking on a recruitment role within a boutique general practice agency, I focused on successfully recruiting General Practitioners for private and corporate practices around Australia. Working with Morgan, I'm currently recruiting for a range of roles within the commercial and professional space, with a particular personal interest in the rewarding work I do in government and not-for-profit industries. My specialisation at Morgan is Engineering and Business Support recruitment, particularly for organisations that require candidates with (or ability to obtain) national security clearance. Understanding that the lead times on these assignments can make the process longer and possessing the patience and passion to keep candidates engaged during this period has been a strength in my career.
