I’ve worked within recruitment for the last 14 years. The last ten years has been within Australia. I primarily place high calibre broking and sales personnel within the financial services sector. I've recuited within Sydney but have also sourced and successfully placed roles for firms in Melbourne and Brisbane. The firms I'ver worked with have ranaged from global banks tio mid tier financial services brokerages. As well as utilising recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, job boards and our database, I primarily leverage my network for candidates.
