With a background in tech recruiting in both Australia and the UK over the last eight years, I understand the daily struggle in finding your ideal role or the perfect hire. I spent the first half of my working life with a fast-paced RPO-style agency delivering a wide array of tech talent to a global bank. Here, I worked with demanding stakeholders on a daily basis enabling business critical initiatives with high quality talent. Most recently I joined the awesome team at Interpro - first as a specialist 360 Recruiter before transitioning into a Senior Recruiter role. I am driven by a passion for facilitating success by working with our clients and candidates to understand their aspirations and the challenges they face in reaching their goals.
