I care about great customer experiences and recognise how these experiences can have an impact on people’s careers. I love the daily connection and consultation with people that my role gives me. Over time, my goal is to develop Calleo’s service offering for Melbourne whilst building a team of dynamic, creative and service-oriented professionals. A team that is energised by achieving great results whilst having a positive mark on people’s lives. I believe that a high functioning team is shaped by the uniqueness of it’s people whilst being driven by it’s values. I am also passionate about the work of non for profit, Ready Set(www.readyset.org.au), and their goals of helping long term unemployed people re-enter the workforce with coaching, connecting and clothing.
