In short, I have an absolute passion for 'people' and for 'business' and I genuinely care about making a difference within the recruitment industry. I established People Equity to fill a perceived niche in the search and recruitment market. The result is a vibrant company with an unsurpassed focus on talented people and service within the Retail, Services, Digital and Consumer sectors. I am very hands on in the business, managing recruitment assignments and relationships end to end. Like all of our team, I 'want to' and 'will always' go that extra mile to provide exceptional value, service and a unique experience. 'Giving back' is also a key part of who I am. I serve on a number of advisory boards including an HR Consulting firm and a ‘Not for Profit’ and I am actively involved in the local community. I also mentor others recruiters in the industry (formally and informally) to support their development and progression.
