I’m a Recruitment Consultant at Trade Assist, specialising in the warehousing, manufacturing and engineering sectors. My recruitment journey stems from my passion for connecting with people and making a real difference in their lives. I was drawn to Trade Assist because it gave me the chance to engage with candidates face-to-face and build genuine relationships, rather than just relying on phone calls. Based in Auckland, I thrive in the fast-paced and ever-changing world of recruitment. I love bridging the gap between clients and candidates, providing staffing solutions that fit their unique needs. Now in my third recruitment role, I’ve gained valuable experience across the full 360 recruitment process and am always refining my skills to better support both businesses and job seekers. My approachability and transparency have helped me earn the trust of both clients and candidates. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with some of the world’s most recognised brands and I take pride in delivering successful outcomes, whether for short-term or long-term placements. Outside the office: On Saturdays, you’ll usually find me kicking off my day with a revitalising CrossFit session. The rest of my weekend is a balance of getting things done around the house and preparing for the week ahead, so I’m always ready for both my work life and personal life.
