ME I suppose at the age of 35 I am already starting to become a veteran of the recruitment business as this is my 15 year in the industry. I still get my hands dirty in the Testing Market but have just hired someone to take this space off my hands. US Here at Sirius Melbourne we currently only work in the Technology space and I have 8 Tech specialists working for me across the following areas: Project Services (Maria-Louise Allardyce), Data and BI (Donna Bowen), Dynamics (Greg Wade), Infrastructure (Jono Ponnusamy), Testing (Laura Howard), Stathi Paleologos (PHP and Digital), Melissa Wu (.Net Contract) and Charmaine Thum (.Net Perm, Java and Front/Back End). Sirius People exists to help companies who require specific skills for their teams and do not have the time or resources to build specialist networks required to recruit the top 20% of talent in the market. We have shortened the recruitment process by providing access to high-quality resources, resulting in reduced time to hire and reduced numbers of interviews. We provide quality check for our clients making them come back to us again and again. We place 72% of our clients requirements..
