Christian Merrigan is the National Recruitment Manager at Insync Recruitment Group, and has been with the business since March 2017. Christian has spent the last ten years working in the International Freight Forwarding industry, commencing as a Junior Operator through to Senior Management – following in his father’s footsteps. Managing the Sydney Branch, Christian has developed strong relationships with clients and candidates across the Transport & Logistics industry and is confident in supporting businesses and their individual recruitment needs. He understands the challenges of 360 degree recruitment and has established a structured way of operating that is contributing to the success of both Insync Personnel and his personal growth. In his spare time, Christian enjoys nothing more than driving around in his vintage car and attending the annual Summer Nationals in Canberra.
