“Speller’s people and tenure make our market knowledge second to none.” Chris liked the sound of recruitment after returning to the UK from a worldwide trip. His lack of sales experience however provided difficult in being hired. Not one to be deterred he quickly secured a job as a door to door salesmen selling phone plans, gaining valuable sales experience for a few months before landing his first recruitment job in 2007. Since joining Speller in 2014, Chris has made a huge impact on the Change Training and Documentation division here at Speller, with career highlights including; placing an entire team of Change and Training specialists for an FMCG company and placing the most consultants for the Speller team within a year. Chris has built a strong network of consultants and clients, who are happy to recommend Speller and Chris without hesitation. With clients based around Australia, Chris enjoys getting out of the office and meeting up for a coffee, day at the tennis or Grand Prix. Chris sees the success clients can have when change, training and documentation are included early in IT transformations, projects, and implementations. By working in tandem with the IT division account managers, Chris has been able to assist with providing teams who understand the bigger picture transformation.
