As an Aged Care Recruitment Consultant supporting a range of facilities across New Zealand, I understand that the healthcare landscape can vary from time to time and currently there are higher needs for certain staff roles than others. Our team have been servicing Healthcare clients with Aged Care staffing since Autumn of 2021 and we have catered for facilities of all sizes including hospital services and much of the community & allied health sector. I am consistently on the look out for Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Facility Managers, Clinical Managers/Clinical Coordinators, OT’s and more. I am actually writing my bio from the other side of the world to where my recruitment journey began - and even a different sector to the one I started out in. I believe this indicates my strong ability to adapt to new environments, learn efficiently, collaborate effectively and most importantly service my clients to a very high calibre. I started my recruitment journey back home in the UK with Teaching Personnel in Jan 2022 specialising in Education Recruitment. I then joined Prospero as a Senior Consultant in Dec 2022 managing South Yorkshire Primary Schools. As my client base built and strong relationships were formed, in Jan 2024 I was promoted to Principal Consultant. In May 2024 I was successful in transferring over to Prospero's New Zealand office and asked to join the Health and Social Care team as a consultant servicing Aged Care Facilities all across New Zealand.
