Originally from the UK, Charly traded the dark nights for sunny days and now calls New Zealand home. She has 14 years experience in customer focused roles and prior to joining Cultivate she was in a fast-paced managerial role, where she worked across Recruitment, HR and Training. Charly has built long standing relationships with key stakeholders within all her roles, and has thrived and thoroughly enjoyed getting involved in the people side of business. Now as part of the Cultivate team, Charly is championing the people and candidate experience process by supporting job-seekers in obtaining temporary, fixed-term and permanent Business Support roles.
