I am a senior recruitment specialist who has worked in the Melbourne market for over six years. I have built an extremely strong brand across the recruitment market and have been the 'go to' recruiter for many key businesses. I started my own brand after only six months in agency recruitment and through sheer hard work have made a success of it. With a LinkedIn network of almost 12,000 direct connections, I have access to candidates that many of my competitors wouldn't have access to. I am also exceptionally good at creatively finding the talent that others cannot reach. I would describe myself as a massive 'grafter', I don't turn my phone off at 6pm, nor at the weekends, I am always on hand to speak with candidates (and clients). I am always 'hunting', I spend my evenings searching for the best candidates whilst my competitors (sad but true!). I do not over promise, and am always honest on what I can and cannot deliver. I am direct, but personable. I have great relationships with all of my candidates (reflective by the number of referrals that I get), and clients, I always do the right thing by both.
