I bring over two decades of leadership experience to my career in recruitment, with a strong specialisation in government recruitment. Throughout my career, I have delivered internal, contract, permanent, volume, project-based, and partial recruitment services, always with a focus on connecting skilled individuals with meaningful opportunities and building diverse, high-performing workforces.
I have extensive experience managing and contributing to bulk merit-based recruitment campaigns across state and federal government sectors. This has given me a deep understanding of the unique demands, processes, and expectations involved in government recruitment.
I am passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion and proudly hold certifications as a Disability Confident Recruiter and a qualified Return-to-Work Coordinator. Outside of my core recruitment work, I am committed to community engagement, having led initiatives such as the Apple Community Champion program in Queensland, and I currently serve as a Multicultural Ambassador for u&u. Recruitment Partners in partnership with the Queensland Government.
